NOW SEEING IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS
We are excited to have our doors reopen to human clients! Our team members are taking precautions to make our animal hospital a safe place for pets and people– and we need your help too!
Carside appointments are still available — let us know if you prefer this option, and a team member will come out to you and your pet.
Please read the steps below prior to your in-person appointment and feel free to call us if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you for your understanding! Contact Us!
HERE ARE THE STEPS WE NEED YOU TO FOLLOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH US:
1. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE
For your well-being and that of others, please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or experiencing any flu-like symptoms. In the case of a pet emergency, please call our hospital so we can help you figure out how to handle the situation in the safest and quickest way possible.
2. MASKS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Following CDC guidelines and the lift of the Illinois mask mandate, masks are now optional. We ask that you use your best judgement when deciding to wear a mask, and please be respectful of others and their decisions. If you would like a mask and do not have one, please let us know and we can provide you with one.
3. CALL US FROM OUTSIDE
Once you arrive at our animal hospital, please call our front desk from within your vehicle. Once your exam room is ready, a team member will come get you and your pet(s), and take you to your exam room to limit traffic in the lobby. In order to reduce the number of people in the hospital, all technician appointments will remain as carside appointments at this time, and we ask that only the family members necessary for in-person appointments come inside. If you have a curbside appointment, a team member will be right out to bring your pet inside.
4. HELP US STOP THE SPREAD OF HARMFUL GERMS
Please avoid handshakes or hugs with our team members. We know you missed us, and we missed you too! We will do our best to ensure everyone is safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. We will be limiting your time in common areas to prevent overcrowding and ask that you please remain in the exam room throughout your appointment. Please use the hand sanitizer provided and try to maintain a social distance from our team members as much as possible. We will be sanitizing the exam rooms and other areas of contact after each appointment.
5. CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to maintain our COVID-19 protocols based on the most current CDC and local health department information. As always, our priority is to keep your pet happy and healthy. With these safety protocols in place, we can help keep our clients and our team healthy as well! If you have any questions about our protocols, please contact us at (847) 438-3750.
